Terms & Conditions

Before using any part of the VisionLiss website or booking services, please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By accessing our site or booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Payments

  • All services require either full payment or a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Final payments must be completed on the day of the service or project completion. Late payments are subject to additional fees.
  • All payments must be submitted through approved channels. VisionLiss does not accept third-party or offline payments unless arranged in advance.
  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once work has begun.


Contracts

  • A signed contract is required for all projects to ensure expectations, timelines, and deliverables are clear. No service will begin without a completed agreement.


Communication

  • Email is our primary method of communication. You can expect a response within 1–2 business days.
  • For all inquiries, contact us at collaborate@visionliss.com.
  • Client forms and requested materials must be submitted within 3 business days. Delays may result in your project being rescheduled or moved back in the queue.
  • Lack of communication beyond 14 days without notice will result in project forfeiture. A restart fee of $100+ will apply to resume. Projects inactive for 30+ days may incur a restart fee of 10–25% of the original service cost.


Turnaround Times

  • Turnaround times are project-specific and will be clearly outlined in your contract.
  • Standard timelines: Photography: 1–3 weeks, Graphic & Web Design: 5–21 business days
  • Timelines begin only after all content and payment have been received.


Design Proofs & Revisions

  • Design proofs will be sent for review before final files are delivered. Proofs are not to be used, shared, or published.
  • Each service includes a set number of revisions. Additional edits or redesigns may result in extra fees. Minor edits are defined as small text or layout tweaks — not full overhauls.


Final Deliverables

  • Once you approve the final files, your project is considered complete. Revisions after approval will be billed separately.
  • VisionLiss reserves the right to use completed photography, graphics, videography, and web design work on our website, portfolio, and social media platforms at our discretion for promotional purposes.



Intellectual Property

  • All drafts and project materials remain the intellectual property of VisionLiss until the final payment is made. Unauthorized use, copying, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
